The patron of Cittaducale is Saint Magnus of Anagni, celebrated on 19 August.
On 6 and 7 September 2008, the town celebrated the 700th anniversary of its founding with a spectacular historical re-enactment; the town's coat of arms depicts Robert, Duke of Calabria, on horseback with a sceptre. The town also holds the Terme di Vespasiano, also known as the Terme di Cotilia, and the Arco di San Lorenzo.
