The patroness of Monteleone Sabino is Santa Vittoria, celebrated on the second Sunday of May and the two days before it; the village holds the Santuario di Santa Vittoria.
The municipality also holds the Area archeologica di Trebula Mutuesca and the Museo Civico Archeologico «Trebula Mutuesca». On Saturday and Sunday a solemn procession winds through the streets of the village, carrying the relics of the saint, her statue and a smaller version that the families taking part in the deputation exchange every year and keep in their homes.
