The patron saints of Campagnano di Roma are Saint John the Baptist the Beheaded and Saint Celestine the Martyr, celebrated together on 29 August in the Church of San Giovanni Battista, with concerts, street performers, horse races, folk and artistic events and fireworks.
On the first Sunday of May, the Festa del Baccanale is held, with tasting of local products — grilled artichokes on vine embers, sausages, cheeses and wine — and a donkey race, involving the town's eight districts. The town also holds the Regional Park of Veio and the Collegiate Church of San Giovanni Battista.
