The patron saint of Fiano Romano is Saint Stephen, celebrated on 3 August in the Parish Benefice of Santo Stefano Protomartire.
The September Feast in honour of the Madonna Addolorata is organized on the third Sunday of the month, reviving religious traditions with festivities and folk activities. Its roots go back to 24 March 1842, when the wax image of Maria Santissima Addolorata was placed in the Church of Santo Stefano Nuovo, its care entrusted to the women of the Pia Unione della Madonna Addolorata. The town holds the Orsini Ducal Castle and the Roman villa della Standa, as well as the Villa dei Volusii.
