The patron saint of Fontanigorda is Saint Anthony the Abbot, celebrated on 17 January, in the church of Santi Antonio e Giacomo, in the main town. The town also preserves the parish church of San Bartolomeo, in the hamlet of Casoni: originally a simple oratory, today's church, consecrated in 1906, became the seat of the local parish established in 1840, after being split off from Fontanigorda's parish at the will of the Bishop of Bobbio Saint Anthony Gianelli; next to the church stands an artistic 42-metre bell tower.
Near Fontanigorda's parish church extends an old wooded area called the Bosco delle Fate (Fairy Wood), mainly made up of beech and chestnut trees: a slate-paved path bears the carved verses the poet Giorgio Caproni dedicated to this valley. The town also preserves the parish church of Santa Giustina, in the hamlet of Canale, and the oratory of San Rocco.
