The patron saint of Follo is Saint Martin of Tours, celebrated on 11 November, with the church dedicated to him. On 8 September, instead, the Nativity of Mary is celebrated: the town also preserves the churches of San Leonardo, Santa Maria Ausiliatrice and San Lorenzo.
The hamlet of Carnea is overlooked by Monte Santa Croce, where a church once stood, shared with the communities of Polverara and Sorbolo. Numerous feasts and festivals are held in the hamlet, the two best known being the codfish fritter feast, on the second Sunday of September, and the local feast organised by the Pro loco of Carnea, in August.
