The patron saints of Pagazzano are Saints Nazario and Celso, celebrated on 28 July; the village holds the Chiesa dei Santi Nazario e Celso.
In the second week of September the Sagra della Madonna del Rosario is celebrated, which attracts thousands of visitors every year: besides the religious celebration and the traditional procession through the streets of the small village, at the Oratorio San Giovanni Bosco the typical dishes of the Bergamo tradition are served, including casoncelli and the renowned oven-baked pork shank with polenta. On the Saturday before the feast, Pagazzano comes alive with the charity markets in via Crivelli, all the way to the Visconti castle. The municipality also holds the Castello di Pagazzano and the Mulino di Pagazzano.
