The patroness of Rezzago is Santa Maria Nascente, celebrated on 8 September; the village holds the Chiesa Santa Maria Nascente.
On the first or second weekend of August, with «Cortili in Festa», the old courtyards, or parts of buildings, in the medieval historic centre are opened to the public; the oldest buildings date from after the devastating earthquake of 1118. On the first two Sundays of October the Castagnata di Rezzago (chestnut festival) dresses the village up to welcome hundreds of visitors.
