The patron of Agnadello is Saint Victor, celebrated on 8 May in the Church of San Vittore.
The town is tied to the famous Battle of Agnadello of 1509: on 5 August, the local community still celebrates, at the site, the day dedicated to Our Lady of the Snows, in memory of those events. The Luogo dei Morti della Vittoria is among the most distinctive sites of the Cremasco area, also recalled by a memorial stele to the victims of war. The town also holds the Church of San Bernardino and the Tormo River Park.
