The patron of Pizzighettone is Saint Bassianus, celebrated on 19 January in the Church of San Bassano; the hamlets have their own patrons: Saint Roch in Gera, Saint Patrick in Regona and the Blessed Virgin of Roggione in Roggione.
During the «fasulin de l'oc cun le cudeghe» feast, visitors can taste raspadura, soft clouds of cheese shaved with a blade from a wheel of grana; the Pizzighettone dairy began production in 1938. The town also holds the Torre del Guado tower and Porta Cremona Vecchia.
