The patron of Gravellona Lomellina is Saint Faustinus, celebrated on the first Sunday of June, after whom the Teatro San Faustino is also named.
Near the Santuario della Madonna di San Zeno, on the second Sunday of September, the feast of the Madonna di San Zeno is celebrated. The town also hosts the Feste dell'Arte, which since 2013 have animated the park of three lakes (the Lago della Volpera, the Lago dei Pescatori and the Lago delle Streghe, a nature reserve), open as a permanent market-exhibition of found objects on the first Sunday of every month. The town holds the Church of Sant'Eustachio and the Oratorio di San Rocco.
