The patron of Offida is Saint Leonard of Noblac, celebrated on 6 November.
On Good Friday, the statue of the dead Christ is carried in procession on the «bara», a finely decorated canopied float. On 22 February 1998, a live episode of the travelling programme «La domenica del villaggio», hosted by Davide Mengacci and Rosita Celentano on Rete 4, was dedicated to the Offida Historic Carnival and to the town's architectural beauty. The town also holds the Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta and the Church of Santa Maria della Rocca.
