The patron of Rapagnano is Saint John the Baptist, celebrated on 24 June; the right hand of Saint John the Baptist is kept in the town, in a precious reliquary.
The town's band, already re-formed in 1924, takes part in religious and patriotic celebrations, in festivals and concerts. The municipality also holds the Chiesa dei santi Tiburzio e Susanna, the Chiesa di Sant'Antonio and the Teatro G. Emiliani.
