The patron of Monsampietro Morico is Saint Peter, celebrated on 29 June.
The town is known for the sagra «Lo Magnà de' 'na 'ota» (food of a time gone by), one of the most representative food festivals of the culinary heritage of the Marche peasant tradition: it takes place every year on 8 and 9 August in the old town and, in the latest editions, has drawn more than 3,000 people, becoming after twenty years one of the best-attended and most awaited sagre of the province of Fermo. The municipality also holds the Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo and the Chiesa di San Paolo.
