The patron of Ripe San Ginesio is Saint Michael the Archangel, celebrated on 8 May, to whom the Chiesa di San Michele Arcangelo and the Chiesa nuova di San Michele Arcangelo are dedicated.
In the feast of Saint Eurosia, both religious and civil, on Saturday evening the procession with the statue goes through the countryside and the «lì fochi» bonfires are lit, while on Sunday there is mass with the procession through the town and, at the end, a moment of sharing; at the end of September, on Saturday and Sunday, «Fumi Cotti», an ancient re-enactment of the cooking of must, is held in Ripe.
