The patron of Carpegna is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June.
Since 2005, in the month of August, the «Cultura d'Estate» (Summer Culture) festival has been held, organised by the Culture Department with the town's Proloco, hosting above all artists, musicians and writers from the Montefeltro area or with works linked to Carpegna; the territory holds the Palazzo dei Principi di Carpegna, the Romanesque Chiesa Romanica di San Sisto and Monte Simoncello.
