The patron saint of Conca Casale is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June. Every summer, especially for the feast of the patron saint, many emigrants return to their native village, in one of the most heartfelt moments of the year for this small community of the Molisan Apennines.
Conca Casale stands among the hills surrounding the village, including Monte Corno and the hills of Orso, Rimondato and Rolando, in a mountain territory that has seen strong depopulation over time, making the patronal feast a precious occasion for reunion for a community scattered across Italy and the world.
