The patroness of Cantalupo Ligure is the Madonna del Carmelo (Our Lady of Mount Carmel), celebrated on 16 July.
The leading instrument of this area is the Apennine piffero, a folk oboe which, accompanied by the accordion and once by the müsa (the Apennine bagpipe), leads the dances and enlivens the feasts. The municipality also holds the Castello Adorno, the Borgo Adorno, the Chiesa di Santa Caterina and the Parrocchia dell'Assunta.
