The patron of Castellania Coppi is Saint Blaise, celebrated on 3 February, after whom the Parrocchia San Biagio is named.
In this municipality of just 91 inhabitants two traditional fairs are held at Sant'Alosio: a grill on the afternoon of 15 August and the «Bolliti misti con salse» (mixed boiled meats with sauces) fair on the last Sunday of August. The town also has the Casa museo Fausto Coppi and the Mausoleo Fausto e Serse Coppi.
