On 14 September Peveragno celebrates the Holy Name of Mary; the town also holds a fair documented since 1396, when the Princes of Acaja confirmed its privileges.

The town also has a very old fair: the first document mentioning it dates to 1396, when the Princes of Acaja, successors to the Bishopric of Asti, confirmed its privileges; today it is held on the first Monday of December, as a showcase of local produce.
