Santa Maria di Sovereto, patron of the 22-metre triumphal float
📅 Every year, on 23 April, with the triumphal float since the 18th century
Terlizzi celebrates Santa Maria di Sovereto on 23 April with a 22-metre triumphal float, entirely made of wood, carried through the town's streets by the faithful since the 18th century; the town's co-patrons are Saint Michael, celebrated on the first Sunday of August, and Our Lady of the Rosary, on the first Sunday of October.
