The patron of Alliste is Saint Quentin, celebrated on 31 October in the Church of San Quintino, the town's current parish church.
From 30 October to 1 November, the Fiera di San Quintino fair is held; on 11 November follows the Festa del vino novello. In April, on the first Sunday after Easter, the feast of the Madonna dell'Alto Mare is also celebrated, with its own fair. The town also holds Torre Sinfono and the Parco degli Ulivi.
