The festivals held at Osini are dedicated to Saint Anthony the Abbot (Sant'Antonio Abate, 17 January), Saint George (San Giorgio, last week of April), Saint Lucy (Santa Lucia, last week of May) and, the patronal one, to Saint Susanna (Santa Susanna) on 11 August.
In the first week of June the Sagra delle Ciliegie (cherry festival) takes place, an event rich in folk shows and cultural events, an opportunity to appreciate the beauty of the territory and taste its typical products. In December the event «Osini Invictus» lets visitors relive the old village with cultural events and traditional Christmas markets.
