The patron of Seui is San Rocco, celebrated on 16 August.
The most important religious festival of the Seui community is that of the Madonna del Monte Carmelo, 'Su Cramu', celebrated on the third Sunday of July with two days of celebrations: on Saturday morning the statue is carried in procession on a Sicilian cart drawn by a pair of oxen to the little church at the locality of Monte Arcuerì, accompanied by folk groups and the village brass band; on Sunday evening it returns to the town of Seui.
