The patronal feast of Masullas, dedicated to the Beata Vergine delle Grazie (Blessed Virgin of Graces), takes place between 29 June and 3 July. The celebrations begin with the ceremony of «Sa cabada de sa Santa», the lowering of the simulacrum from the polyptych where it is kept, and continue over the following days with processions and celebrations in the square.
The town's calendar includes the Sagra della pecora (sheep festival) on 30 June and the Sagra del maiale (pig festival) on 27 July; in mid-December comes the feast of Saint Lucy, with the singing of «S'arrosarieddu», the rosary in the Sardinian language, and the lighting of the bonfire called «Su fogadoni». The municipality holds the Chiesa della Beata Vergine delle Grazie.
