The patron of Bonnanaro is Saint George, celebrated on 23 April, to whom the Chiesa di San Giorgio is dedicated.
On the summit of Monte Arana stands the small church of Nostra Signora di Monte Arana, home to a lively country festival every 7 September, recently restored after having been almost completely ruined; the municipality also holds the Chiesa di Santa Maria Iscalas, the Chiesa di Santa Barbara, the Chiesa di Santa Croce and the Necropoli di Corona Moltana.
