The patron of Golfo Aranci is Saint Joseph, celebrated on 19 March in the Antica Chiesa di San Giuseppe.
The town was born from a settlement of fishermen from Ponza, and on 20 June, the feast of Saint Silverius, patron of the Pontine island, the people of Golfo Aranci recall that exodus with a Mass and a procession in the gulf aboard fishing boats. In the rural church of Nostra Signora del Monte, on the hill of Santa Maria di Figari above the Gulf of Marinella, a feast is held every first Sunday of May. The area holds the Pozzo Sacro Milis sacred well and the Cala Delfino beach.
