The patron of Perfugas is the Madonna degli Angeli, celebrated on 2 August in the Church of Santa Maria degli Angeli.
The area holds the sacred well of Predio Canopoli and hosts the MAP - Archaeological and Paleobotanical Museum of Perfugas. The town also holds the Church of San Giorgio, the Church of San Giovanni Battista and the Church of Santa Croce.
