The patron of Orroli is Saint Vincent the Martyr, celebrated on 22 January in the Parish Church of San Vincenzo Martire.
The area holds the Nuraghe Arrubiu, among the most important in Sardinia, along with the Nuraghe di San Nicola, the Nuraghe Is Alonis and the Nuraghe Su Motti. On the first Sunday of June, the rural festival of Saint Catherine of Alexandria reaches its peak: for three days, people sing, dance and sleep on carts and in loggias. The town also holds the Church of San Vincenzo Ferreri.
