The patron saints of Mirabella Imbaccari are Saint Joseph, celebrated on 19 March, and Saint Mary of Grace: the latter is the town's real patronal feast, always held on the last Sunday of August, moved in recent years to the second-to-last Sunday to make it easier for emigrants, who return for the occasion, to attend. Popular participation is overwhelming, especially during the feast days.
From 1961 to 1974, the Mostra del Tombolo was held alongside the patronal feast, celebrating the lace-making art for which the town is known: in 1986 the exhibition was inaugurated as a permanent display, housed in the former middle school building, while on 18 March 2012 the actual Museo del Tombolo was inaugurated. The town also preserves the Palazzo Biscari and natural sites such as Il Molinello and Monte Carubbo.
