Fifteen kilometres west of Messina lies Venetico, a Sicilian municipality of 3,855 residents. Positioned along the northern coast of the island, the town is situated roughly 180 kilometres east of Palermo.
Venetico shares its borders with the neighbouring communes of Roccavaldina, Spadafora, and Valdina. Its geographic position makes it straightforwardly accessible along the coastal route leading toward the Strait of Messina.
