Spadafora extends along the SS 113 coastal highway on the Tyrrhenian shore, 15 kilometers northwest of Messina. Home to 5,091 residents, this northern Sicilian municipality sits directly between Rometta Marea and Venetico Marina.
Located roughly 180 kilometers east of Palermo, Spadafora also shares borders with Roccavaldina and Rometta. Its main settlement follows the road network connecting the province's coastal area.
