The patron of Chitignano is Saint Vincent the Martyr, celebrated on 22 January; his name also appears in the dedication of the Pieve dei Santi Vincenzo e Pietro.
The Chiesa di Santa Margherita a Rosina, of medieval origin, keeps on its high altar a painted sixteenth-century ciborium, the work of the workshop of Carlo Portelli and datable to the mid-sixteenth century.
