The patron saints of Figline e Incisa Valdarno are Saint Romulus and Saint Alexander, celebrated on 6 July.
In the hamlet of Gaville stands the parish church of San Romolo, one of the main historical and religious landmarks of the municipal territory, next to which stands the Casa della Civiltà Contadina, a collection dedicated to the domestic settings and work tools of Valdarno's rural society. The Collegiate Church of Santa Maria Assunta, Figline's main church, holds a collection of sacred art including the 14th-century Madonna and Child, attributed to the so-called Master of Figline, and a statue of Saint Joseph by Andrea della Robbia.
