Saints Quiricus and Julitta, patrons of a village born from a chapel dating to 745
📅 Every year, on 16 June
Capannori celebrates Saints Quiricus and Julitta on 16 June; the earliest historical records of the village date from 745, when a monk had a chapel built dedicated precisely to Saint Quiricus, around which the first dwellings of ancient Capannole arose.
