The patron of Pescaglia is Our Lady of Solca, celebrated on 21 August.
In Colognora di Pescaglia stands the Chestnut Museum, dedicated to one of the area's historic resources, while in Menicone an old mill is preserved. The town also holds the Pieve di San Giovanni Battista in Monsagrati.
