The patron of Stazzema is Saint Anthony of Padua, celebrated on 13 June.
The town holds the Church of Santa Maria Assunta, the Shrine of the Madonna del Piastraio and the clock tower. The municipal territory keeps the memory of the civilian victims of the Second World War in the Museo della Resistenza.
