The patron of San Gregorio nelle Alpi is San Gregorio Magno (Saint Gregory the Great), celebrated on 3 September.
Among the village's feasts are the Palio delle frazioni, in which the 'upper' villages and the 'lower' villages compete in typical contests (log cutting, sack race and others), the Festa della Fragola (strawberry festival), in the second half of July, in the hamlet of Paderno, and the Festa della Montagna, in the hamlet of Roncoi, which has taken the place of the festa della smonticazione, the return of the cows from the mountain pastures. The municipality also holds the church of San Bartolomeo, the church of San Michele, the church of San Lucano and the Museo delle Zoche e della Tarsia.
