The patron saint of Loreggia is Saint Roch, celebrated on 16 August with the Sagra di San Rocco, a typical village feast with food stalls, dancing evenings and fairground rides.
In the hamlet of Loreggiola, between the last week of April and the first of May, the Sagra di Santa Croce e Fiera dei Fiori is instead held, with the traditional flower fair on 1 May. The town also holds the Church of Santa Maria Immacolata and the Oratory of Sant'Antonio Abate al Carpane.
