The patron of Fiesso Umbertiano is the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary, celebrated on 8 September in the Church of the Nativity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The Sagra della Natività, once a wood and livestock fair with a market-exhibition of farm tools, lasts about ten days and accompanies the solemn religious functions that culminate in a procession. The town also holds the Oratory of the Beata Vergine della Salute, built in 1621 after the plague in thanksgiving for the danger survived and rebuilt in 1884 by cavalier Giovanni Bononi, as well as Villa Migliorini.
