The patron saint of Ponzano Veneto is Saint Cajetan of Thiene, celebrated on 7 August.
The second weekend of September, in the church square of Paderno, the traditional Palio dei Mezzadri is held, born in 1990: the heart of the event lies in the eight districts into which the town is divided, Barrucchella, Borgo Ruga, Capitel, Centro, Croce Caotorta, Marcà Vecio, Minelli and Sant'Antonio, which compete in seven traditional games. The town holds the Church of San Leonardo and the Church of Merlengo, as well as Villa Minelli.
