The patron saint of Resana is Saint Bartholomew, also locally called San Bortolo, celebrated on 24 August in the Church of San Bartolomeo Apostolo.
On this occasion, a large village fair is organised, with a charity fishing game, food stalls, music and dancing. In the hamlet of Castelminio, instead, the local patrons, Saints Victor and Corona, are celebrated on 18 September, with their own fair and the «Palio dea Poenta». The town also holds the Church of San Marco Evangelista and the Zatta Mill.
