The patron saint of Cerea is Saint Zeno, celebrated on 21 May in the Church of San Zeno.
Throughout the year, the Fiera di Cerea hosts numerous town events. Since 2010, every October, Blues Made In Italy is held, a fair dedicated to promoting the music and culture of this genre of African-American origin. The municipal territory also holds Villa Ormaneto and Villa Dionisi, as well as the Church of San Vito Martire and the Lourdes grotto.
