The patron of Vestenanova is Saint Leonard of Noblac, celebrated on the first Sunday of October in the Church of San Leonardo.
The first week of August brings the Festa del turista, with food stands, a charity fishing game and the little-cart race. The second weekend of July, Vestenastock offers four days of 1960s and 1970s rock music. In the hamlet of Bolca, the first weekend of July brings the Festa della paleontologia, tied to the Museo dei fossili di Bolca, which holds finds from the renowned Eocene deposit. The town overlooks the Città dei basalti and holds the Church of Sant'Antonio Abate.
