The patron of Arcugnano is Saint Justina, celebrated on the second Sunday of October.
In the hamlet of Perarolo, since 1992, the Memorial Gianfranco e Galileo has been held, the longest-running five-a-side football tournament in the Colli Berici, founded by Don Tarcisio Pirocca. The town also holds the Church of the Holy Cross and the pentagonal tower.
