The patron of Grisignano di Zocco is Santa Maria Annunziata, celebrated on 25 March in the Church of the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The town is historically tied to the Fiera del Soco fair, first officially mentioned in a Venetian document in 1555: on 12 September 1796 a French army sacked it, and the following year the new democratic government officially recognized its rules. In the 19th century Grisignano was the birthplace of physician and botanist Francesco Secondo Beggiato, after whom a genus of Schizophyta was named. The town also holds Villa Ferramosca and the Church of Santi Pietro e Paolo Apostoli.
