The patron of Santorso is Saint Ursus, celebrated on 3 May in the Shrine of Sant'Orso.
According to tradition, alongside absolution he was given the penance of a pilgrimage to the shrines known at the time; when he arrived at Salzena, at the foot of Monte Summano, he understood he had reached his destination. Until 2021, the Festival Alto Vicentino was held every June, an international short-film exhibition drawing participants from around the world. The town also holds the Shrine of Santa Maria del Summano and the Archaeological Museum of the Alto Vicentino.
