The patron saints of Francavilla in Sinni are Saint Felix and Saint Polycarp, celebrated on 10 August. The parish church dedicated to them, the town's protectors, is a 19th-century building restored in 1957. In the same town stands also the sanctuary of Our Lady of Pompeii, from the 19th century, celebrated instead on the fourth Sunday of August.
Francavilla in Sinni preserves traces of its past in the Palazzo delle Decime-Turra and in the Villa Comunale, while the surrounding territory is marked by the Rubbio nature reserve.
