The most important tradition of Grisolia is the procession of Saint Roch of Montpellier, on 16 August: besides the band, many women, often barefoot, follow the saint in double file carrying the traditional caggie on their heads.
In the upper part of the town stands the Shrine of San Rocco da Montpellier, dedicated to the Madonna delle Grazie and a pilgrimage destination especially in August, reached via the spuortu of Via Chiesa.
