The patron of Pastorano is Our Lady of Mount Carmel, celebrated on the third Sunday of October in the Cappella della Madonna del Carmine.
Since 2005, the Fiera has been held, representing the entire agricultural sector of «Terra di Lavoro», and it became within a few years a reference point for sellers and users of machines, tools and agri-food products. The town also holds the Cappella di Santa Maria di Costantinopoli and the Church of San Secondino, whose baptistery bears a Gothic inscription dated 8 February 1431.
